Hello.

My boyfriend already e-mailed them, but I ought to ask just in case here.

He had cancelled his account on August 2nd, and it still charged him on August 3rd but he cannot even log on his WoW account. Would there be any reason behind this? Or would he just have to wait for a response from billing?

Times are usually listed in GMT so when your boyfriend canceled the account subscription may have already been in the process of renewing.

Our Billing department can check though and they should be able to help.
