Problem with purchasing server transfer. (AU)

Hi im from Australia. I bought myself a prepaid visa (canvas pre paid visa) I activated it and it says i have 45 dollars on my card. I tried to use it on the transfer to differnt realm and it says trouble shoot with purchase. Is it something to do with postcode? cause i double checked the number and security code. Please can someone help to tell me if they work for wow!

Calling Billing would be my suggestion as well - especially with a pre-paid.

Does it have a Mastercard or Visa logo on it? I know those are required, but past that consulting Billing would be best.
