Need help asap, toon in guild hacked.

The toon named Rixiah on Doomhammer and all characters on that account has been hacked, and is cleaning out our guild bank. Please lock his account until we can notify the real Rixiah.

Edit #1: On the toon named Raxtyn as of 4:26am server time.

Edit #2: I know you blues are busy, but I really would appreciate a response if you're looking into it. We've already lost over 100 stacks of flasks and an equal amount of pots.

Edit #3: ^ that wasn't meant as demanding as it sounded, I apologize!

This is already in process for investigation.

Now may be a really good time to go through your roster and remove anyone that's been gone for awhile.

Also may be a good time to go over basic security with your existing members :)

It will likely be a few days yet before you hear the results.

Well, that was removed around the end of July - but much more than that I really cannot discuss.

No, they didn't get around the authenticator.
