Just completed reinstalling the Beta launcher and the patches. First off, my Hunter is currently missing Explosive Shot. I am spec'd into Survival. I had this skill prior to patching, but now it is missing completely. Alongside this issue, I had issues prior to this with my pets. From my understanding, a hunter may now carry more than one pet at a time. I first tried this by taming a monster in the field. Once I walked too far away from the tamed beast, or the beast died, I immediately tried reviving/resummoning it. To my surprise, the pet I had tamed completely disappeared, and I was reverted back to using the initial Crab pet received at the start of making a Hunter. Just now, I attempted to "Call Pet", and found that I did not have any pet at all under my command. I currently have tamed a tiger, and will test this method again. If it still presents the same problem, I will confirm it. Unsure if this issue in particular is a bug, but I'm reporting it anyway for the sake of doing so.
