Account Hacked and characters deleted

I was authenticator hacked recently and sent an email to Blizzard describing my problem. At a later date I received an email notifying that my account had been recovered. I checked my account and found that most of my stuff had been recovered and I was out of prepay time so I wasn't able to go in game and check things out for my self. About a week or so later I received an email alerting me that my password had been changed again without my approvel or knowledge. I now have an authenticator app on my ipod that I can use for security but I need my account recovered. My concern now is that even though I have the app will my account still be safe or am I still vulnerable to being hacked? I just checked my armory data for my characters recently and my sellable stuff is gone again and it looks like some of my charaters have been deleted so any information that would help solve my problem would be much appreciated.

Characters that were Deleted : Ayetu-shaman, Yggdrassill-Priest, Araceon-Death Knight
I also have over 10 characters that are level one with gibberish for names that were added by the hacker

The process will be much the same as the first.

Now that your account is protected with an authenticator, that should keep them out of the account itself. That doesn't, however, answer the question on how they got your information again.

These folks are thieves, make no mistake. If you have malware on your system or a compromised email and anything else handy they can abuse - like banking information, or credit card numbers, don't think for a moment they'd blink about stealing that as well.

It's in your own best interest to find the source of this - even with an authenticator.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Q u o t e:
Another Question I have is that previous to the authenticator I have on my ipod now there was another one maliciously added to my account before. So I was wondering is that authenticator still linked to my battle.net account? Or has the one I personally added now the one linked to my account?

Two cannot be linked at once - that one was removed.
