Account Hacked

Just a note - ANY single scanner is not sufficient security in this day and age. None of them are going to catch all threats.

Did you perhaps get an email that could be a phish?

Well, it looks like you took the authenticator off on 7/18 - and a malicious party DID change the password on 8/5.

Let me have another password sent - should be there in just a few.

May I ask why the authenticator was removed? I recommend re-adding that if at all possible.
