Unable to transfer

2 days ago i transferred a number of toons to a different server and also faction changed them , After 20 transactions my credit card automatically stopped as a security precaution . At midnight my time it reset and i should have been able to continue moving my toons etc. For some reason blizzard must have put a stop to me being able to do the transfers as i have spoken to the bank and there is nothing wrong with the card at all , i was also able to faction change several toons i transferred with the same card also after my card reset. There are 3 toons on my waifen account i want to transfer but am unable to, i emailed 2 days ago and have only recieved an automated response and as for calling on the phone my previous experience of 3 weeks to try and get through from Australia have ruined that. If there is any way that this can be sorted out quickly i would be grateful as i wish to continue my wow experience on my new server.

What error are you receiving, Rubs?

When you contacted your bank you confirmed that there wasn't an issue with the card but did you inquire if there was an issue with the perspective transactions?

I can recommend that you try clearing your cookies/cache to see if that resolves the issue but the truth of the matter is outside of your bank the only department that can truly give you any insight into what the cause may be is our Billing and Account Services department.

We want nothing more then for you to be able to continue your wow experience on your new realm as well but I'm unsure of what the issue may be.

I'd followup with this with our Billing department, Rubs.

Sounds like you did an unusually high number of transactions, you may be running into some kind of safeguards.
