Trial account not upgrading, even after 72 hr

Well, Im a bit pissed about spending close to 40 bucks then being told to wait 72 hours for my account to fully upgrade. Its been well past the 72 hour deadline and I still cant use the AH, Mail, Trade, sign guild charters. I KNOW the payment went through, what gives blizzard?

I had not seen your post until you brought it up in the other, Raskoniklov. I’d be happy to look into this for you as well, if you give me the name and realm of a character on the account in question.

In the future, please do not come into another thread asking about your own. It is considered ill mannered, and can result in the post simply being deleted . . . just a friendly reminder for ya. :0)

I'm sorry, Trollastic, I don't show that the account was upgraded from a trial. Are you certain that the purchase went through? Did you get a confirmation?

If the transaction failed it may still appear as a pending charge on your account though that amount will return to your card within 3-5 business days.
