Unauthorized Authenticator (hacked)

Ok, here is the thing.

This authenticator was JUST added. A bit ago, they added a confirmation email - that means these folks are IN your email account or at least have access.

First thing you need to do is make sure your system is secure. Then, I'd setup another totally unrelated email and contact our Billing department to change it by phone.

The authenticator is gone, but this has been locked for your protection until you contact us with assurance that your security measures have been taken. You'll want to report this compromise as soon as possible for a restoration investigation as well.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
