When you run the Battle Net System Check and hit send it refers to http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=26886 . Any ideas what is supposed to be there?

When I selected "Beta Profile Settings" under the account management section of my own Battle.net account I recieve the following message:
In order to opt in for our beta tests, you must create a beta profile containing your system specifications. To create one, please download and run the beta opt-in application below. The copy of the beta opt-in application you download will create a beta profile containing your system specifications for this particular Battle.net account only.

You may safely disregard any warning messages that appear to alert you that the beta opt-in application is unsigned. For more information, refer to the Blizzard Support website: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/26012).

followed by the option to download the System Check executable file for both Windows and Mac, Curbs. When running the file, it should prompt you to "Agree" to the Blizzard beta test "opt-in" agreement and then fill in your computer's specs in the Battle.net System Check window. Once that has been done, you should be able to send the information to us. After sending the system check information you should automatically be redirected to the beta-profile page, which will allow you to select the beta test universes you would be interested in testing.

Where along this process are you being sent to the link you provided in your post?
