Brother going overseas

Hello,
My brother is currently serving in the Army and is in training somewhere in Wisconsin before going overseas for 15 months. He will not be able to use his account and he asked me if I could help close out his account so he doesn't get billed while he can't play. He wants to play on returning. Is there any way I can help him? He is not able to communicate except for a few minutes here and there between training sessions, so can't do the long-wait-after-redialing-over-and-over method. Help!
