For the Alliance Bug

Hello! today i went on a run for the achievment "For the Alliance" and on the boss "Thrall" i didn't get the achievement for killing him.

I dont get how this could be, I was alive when he went down, and i put in my fair share of DPS. I got the achievments for the other 3 bosses, but didnt get it for thrall..

Is there any way possible for me to be able to get the achievment that i EARNED?

You are welcome to petition, but it's doubtful we'd be able to grant this, Prolix.

The most common cause of this is not being in the same raid group that 'tapped' the boss, or being too far away when he died although something else may have happened.
