2 Day Ticket

Hey, so I opened my ticket some time late really early wednesday morning (around 2 server time) and I've still not received a response.

I may have to get off shortly and I was worried that a GM might respond while I'm away, I'd really like to talk about the ticket because there was a lot of details I couldn't fit into it that will all be missed if I can't talk to the GM.

Is there any way I can guarantee my ticket not be served until a GM can speak directly to me?

You can make that request, Adonammon, and we will certainly try to speak with you if we can but we will not be able to delay response simply to speak live with you. Honestly a dialog isn't necessary for your situation. All the information needed is in the petition. You stated what happened, we will investigated from there and if we determine that a scam has taken place then we will take what actions are appropriate for the violations found.

If we are able to provide restoration of an item that you may have otherwise received we will do so but please understand that no restoration is guaranteed and we may not be in a position to grant the request.
