Cannot faction change due to invisible mail

An error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox.
I keep getting this error message on faction change page.
The issue concerns my mage Mellectra of which I cannot see any mail in my box

I took the liberty of removing the mail that was impeding your attempts to utilize the Faction Change service. Give it ten minutes or so and you should be able to initiate the alterations, Mellectra.
