Hacked, need email changed.

About a week ago I got hacked. I have been dealing with the problem by Blizzard Support emails, and we are now up to a stage where I need my email changed. You see, my email was somehow changed without my old email getting so much as a hint. When I tried to get it changed back, I couldn't because it...wasn't the current email attached to my b.net account....

But the problem is I need to either email an account recovery form or phone Blizzard. Last time I was hacked my email was changed back with no problems and such an act was not necessary.

This is a trial account on a completely seperate b.net account, btw. My main on the hacked account was 'Drekten' on Jubei'Thos. I think at the moment my account is frozen to prevent further hacker access. So my question here is if I can just get my email changed back to what it was (because when I tried to change password, my email/name combination was invalid). Surely you can figure out that my email is the true one since my account has been attached to this email for years and was only changed very recently, is it 100% necessary to do the whole 'email your ID' thing?

Actually, if the email itself was changed, that's a very strong indicator the email account itself is compromised - or even forwarded.

I'd first make certain your system is secure - then, I'd setup a new, totally unrelated email account and give Billing a call for assistance in getting this changed.
