Sorry to hear that the Authenticator isn't there yet. For North American players, our merchandise ships from a warehouse in central California. Seeing that you're also in the continental U.S., I'm a bit surprised it hasn't arrived yet. The usual estimate is 5-10 business days and we are close to that mark.
For domestic orders like this, the Authenticators are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service; as someone else mentioned, we do not receive tracking information for them.
In the event you don't see it arrive by the end of this week, I recommend contacting Billing & Account Services (the same 800-592-5499 number you see there on your statement). They will be able to advise further and make this right by you.
