*sigh* Account closure?

Hello to anyone (hopefully blues)!

My main account (the only account I've been using for 5 years) has been processed for closure/ban due to use of "third party" bots.

After 5 years of use.... I want to use a bot? If I wasn't so upset about my account being banned for something I didn't do I would think it's funny!

Anyways,

I was wondering if a blue could look into this account for me (I can PM my full details if I can get a response) and possibly push it a long with the account administration. I sent a very heartfelt email form to them but it would be nice to not have to wait a severely long time (as some people have mentioned a 3+ week wait for a single response!). A character on this main account is...

I've always had good service from blizzard and do not expect to wait that long but I want to make sure I use all channels possible to get this resolved asap! If at all possible, it would be nice to see some basic information of the report against me (i.e., what was the IP address registered at this time, what the infraction was (i.e., leveling/farming)). Warden is smart but not all knowing. I do farm A LOT on my main toon... I am concerned this might be the case

I do see you have an appeal open, Harram.

That's really all I could recommend on this one I'm afraid. Account Administration will need to be the ones to look into this for you.
