Can we transfer to Eu servers?

I've been a subscriber for about 4 years, and i'm an american living in Europe.
I'm wondering if it's possible to transfer your characters on the US servers to the EU, having to say up until 6-7 AM just to raid isn't fun ):
Any feedback would be nice
