I get in two days of gaming when...wait for it...yes, my account is suspended AGAIN!

I'm afraid I have no idea what you are referring to, Levisarcesso. Based on the e-mail address you originally listed, that account, meaning the account you are posting on, was only locked once. Once you sent in the appropriate verification, which was required based off of your original claims of being compromised, the account was unlocked.

It hasn't been locked again.

No they do not lock out an account because you log in from a different IP address. If this were true most everyone would be locked out as IP addresses are rarely static. What they will do is suspend or ban your account if you break the laws of physics. I.E. you log in from Ohio one minute and then Tokyo the next.

Correct, though if we receive multiple e-mails from the registered address on the account claiming that they have been compromised then a slight shift may be enough to cause the account to be locked. Of course this is essentially by player request.

Hopefully you have figured out what the issue is, Levi, since you removed your original post I have to assume so.
