Still Waiting on Badges and such from ticket.

Received a rather quick response to my ticket this morning stating that when I closed the response to my ticket, the badges from my Heirloom gear would be refunded. Its been about 7 hours since the closure of my ticket and have still not received my badges and stone keepers shards.

Well, I believe I at least found where the confusion came in.

You were suppose to respond via the ticket interface that this was indeed what you wished to have happen. Those are continuation of petitions and are treated a little differently.

It looks like you opened another petition instead.

Please do leave that open so it stays in queue and I am sorry if that was confusing.
