Blizzard phone service just hangs up when the queue is full after stating so. I have never made it into the queue. I am using land lines and not cell phones.
I've spent up to an hour each time hitting redial with no luck getting into the queue.

Since I live in the area and have an issue that does need to be addressed over the phone. Is it an option to go to Blizzard HQ in person to get this resolved, or is my only option the phone since they cant fix this through email?
