Ive tried calling at all times and every day of the week. I end up getting disconnected because the queue's are always full. I've tried to get my issue fixed in email but just get a cut and paste reply that doesnt even address the issue. Is there somewhere I can go to get real help. Or do i need to drive to Blizzard HQ?

Are you actually getting into the queue then disconnected?

If so, are you on a cell? Those are rather notorious for dropping long holds.

If it's a matter of getting into the queue itself, calling back immediately seems to work best to get a spot.

Q u o t e:
Blizzard phone service just hangs up when the queue is full after stating so. I have never made it into the queue. I am using land lines and not cell phones.

I've spent up to an hour each time hitting redial with no luck getting into the queue.

Well, you get a message with possible alternative methods of contact. That is in lieu of a busy signal - but could be considered the same thing.

Since I live in the area and have an issue that does need to be addressed over the phone. Is it an option to go to Blizzard HQ in person to get this resolved, or is my only option the phone since they cant fix this through email?

I'm afraid we don't have an on-call desk or in-person service, Skandar.
