"I just wanted to give a big thank you to Zarsisiani for helping me with my issue. I was having a issue with items not displaying properly. The ticket was "fixed" 3 times before Zarsisiani recieved my new ticket. Was a wonderful experience, very polite and friendly, wasn't afraid to chat and ask how I was doing. Very awesome experience overall. If the rest of the support team performs with such a "getitdone" attitude I would glady recommend wow to all my friends."
Zarsisiani was awesome. I've only had one not so good occasion with GMs ingame, but for the most part they have been great. Thank you GMs and CMs for making and maintaining this awesome game.
