We did 10 man ICC yesterday and we got the lich king to 10% and this is around the time it started to lag, we couldnt attack (not that we could see), we could hit buttons but nothing would happen, so we watched for 10-20 minutes or so while the npcs killed the lich king. Those of us who hadnt already killed him, got the achievements The Frozen Throne and Fall of the Lich King. The dialogue played out like it should have upon defeating the lich king, but we couldnt loot him, shortly after this we all got disconnected, finally when the server comes back up, we all log in and find our dead bodies at the entrance portal to ICC, our achievements gone, and the lich king alive.
Most of us opened tickets, but with the server crashing and everything i've been in queue for about 4 hours with no estimated time yet. I'm really hoping this can be resolved and I didnt get cheated out of a lich king kill due the the insanely small chance of the server crashing right when we killed him.
