Reckoning battlegroup got no arena points.

After the crash that brought down the entire Reckoning battlegroup last night, the servers were brought back up but arena points did not roll over as they do weekly. My teams sit at the same games played for the week and my points look exactly the same they did before. I'm reading reports of people from other servers that aren't Dragonmaw but are still on Reckoning and were down last night experiencing the same thing.

Please fix this so we don't lose a week of points. :-(

Folks, I just double-checked on this and it IS a known issue that is being looked into.

I'm afraid I don't have any other information at this time, however.

Possibly, Grapesx, I believe in order to resolve this issue that they will need to manually run the calculations which should be taking the current information into account, not the information from Tuesday. I am not 100% on that but it may be a good idea to wait.

Folks, I am working on getting an update and hopefully an ETA. There is every intention to provide those who earned points this week with those points. Our Technicians and DBA's are looking into the matter and I will provide what updates I can as soon as I receive one.

Who said that this wasn't a priority? I don't recall anywhere in my post where I said, we plan on getting you guys the points but it isn't a big deal so just hang out and wait.

What does one subject have to do with the other, Ironspark? They are completely unrelated issues handled by entirely different teams.

Correct. Several of our members recently moved on to other projects and coincidentally I had Jury Duty yesterday so though I would have normally been the one to look into and comment I wasn't here to do so. :)

Orlyia was the first person who saw the post and was able to look into the claims and get a response. I am sorry for the obvious frustration that this lack of information caused.

Update: Calculations should be progressing now and we hope to have them completed in an hour or so. At that time your arena point totals should update. You may need to log out and back for the new total to be displayed though so keep that in mind.

Also please understand that the calculations are based on current standings, so the total amount of games played and participation percentage will be based on last week and include yesterday and today. Next week's calculations will be based on a shorter week because they will start from today.

Unfortunately adjustments to individual ratings and totals will not be possible. If you have disbanded or left your arena team that information will not be able to be applied to your character, calculations are based on your current standings. We apologize for what inconvenience this has caused everyone and thank you for your patience while this matter has been addressed.
