Being impersonated. Same name, same server

I am logged on my 80 paladin "Telperion" on Burning Legion server and there is a level 1 orc rogue with the same name "Telperion" spamming trade and impersonating me in hopes of getting me banned. Apparently he is angry about a bg loss and whispered me about it, I have screenshotted the conversation. I also have a ticket open and a follow up ticket as well. It is extremely frustrating to be impersonated and I'm really hoping they dont get me banned by mistake :( I tried calling customer support but the lines were all busy. Please help!!! :( :( :(

Hiya Telperion,

If a player is impersonating you with a different name similar to yours, we will know the differences between characters and chat. Please open a “Help request”, (red question mark at the bottom of your screen):

“Talk to a GM” â–º “Open ticket” or “Report a problem”

It is best to open the petition during the time it is happening, provide name if possible and brief details of the harassment. You can use the /ignore feature in the meantime, while we look into the issue. Thank you -Æ¸ÌµÌ¡ÓœÌµÌ¨Ì„Æ·
