Real ID name?

So, I took a break from WoW shortly after I hit 80 and got geared for a while, and I wasn't around for the release of the Battle.net account merge feature. After coming back to Warcraft a few weeks ago I came to find out that while I was gone, somebody had gotten a hold of my account and created a Battle.Net account with all of my info from my World of Warcraft account. I figured out how to get back on my account, and change my password so the person could no longer use my account. I now have full access/control over my account and characters once again. Nothing was removed/harmed while I was gone fortunately.

Anyhow, my problem is that when the person created a Battle.net account with all of my Info, they merged it to my WoW account(obviously) and when they created the account - they used there own name for the Battle.net Real ID feature... and now every time I log in and attempt to talk to friends, they see the name (unknownperson) instead of (Gnorr'srealname) I know you can't change this through battle.nets website... but do you think blizzard can help me out? I would really like to have my own name on my battle net account... thanks.

The name on REAL ID is the Battle.net name.

You need to get that sorted out with Billing for far more reasons than just Real ID.

I'd recommend you contact them as soon as possible.
