Account suspended, respond Asap

Was in arenas when I suddenly disconnect, try to log back in and am prompted with a message that tells me my account was temporarily suspended. I've received no e-mails and would appreciate some feedback before the ban lifts and I lose a night of play time.

It's very odd you claim ignorance of this, when you've clearly responded to appeal the suspension and know exactly why this happened.

I heartily recommend you review our naming policies before renaming this character. While some may fall into a gray area, this most certainly is not one of them.

If as you claim this was not set for a rename when you were initially contacted on 7/23, the current situation could have been entirely avoided if you had contacted us from your end once you were officially notified this characters name fell into the obscene/vulgar category and needed to be renamed. We'd have been more than happy to assist.

I do believe we are done here.
