It’s not often that I am at a loss for words, but I find myself speechless despite having so much to say. In just a few days, I’ll be moving across the country to join Syndri and Malkorix at the Blizzard Irvine office as we pursue new opportunities within the company. On behalf of myself, Syndri and Malkorix, I’m happy to say that we’ve greatly enjoyed our time spent working alongside the greatest and most helpful player community we’ve encountered, and we will miss each and every one of you immensely.

Although this thread is titled “Fond Farewells,” it could have easily been called “New Beginnings.” You’ll soon see fantastic new additions to the Customer Service forum team. I’m sure we can count on you all to give them a warm welcome and make this forum feel like home for them, just as you did for us. We have no doubt that they’ll help Auryk, Orlyia, Vrakthris and Zenlyth take the Customer Service forum to new heights. Despite our recent departures, we confidently leave you in good hands!

It’s been an absolute pleasure, everyone. Best wishes and good luck!

We are all extremely proud of you, all three of you really, and wish you luck in your new role, Aredek. This is less of a goodbye, as I will most likely see you in person more often than I do now, and more of a well wishing as you move into your new role. Your time here on the CSF has been greatly appreciated, and your presence here will be missed.

I'll miss ya Bird Man!

You were my mentor, quite literally took me under your wing over two years ago - it just seems like yesterday :)

Best of luck to all of you, it's very well deserved.

Q u o t e:
We're losing three GMs?
Nah-- I'd suggest that you have three new friends to look forward to around here. =)

Syndri, Mal, and Aredek-- my post on this thread is hardly prompt, but you know from our conversations in July that I'm as excited as the rest of the team about each of your transitions. This is a really great thing for the CS Forum and for Community.
