Race Change Payment Options

I'm trying to do a race change, but before I had attempted to I thought the payment options would be like game time, but Paypal isn't available as an option? The money is in my PP account as to be an instant payment..

So I'd like to ask, where or if you can buy the "race change redemption codes" I see as another option for the switch? The same goes for a character move and faction change, as I'd like to do that soon for my priest. ):

Unfortunately, these redemption codes are not publicly available, Dyspersia. These are codes used mainly for testing purposes and cannot be purchased. I'm afraid that credit card is the only available payment option for character services such as the Race Change service at this time. Should you wish to see more purchasing or payment options, I encourage you to share your thoughts on the Suggestions forum.
