Allow me to take a brief moment to say: "I do not need help."

Instead, let me thank each of you and the CS Staff for your continued and in my personal opinion, highly under-valued, rarely properly recognized devotion to service. I understand we cannot always get what we want as resolution but as I say in my line of work, "If I help one person a day - in truth, I am successful." in that job.

So again, your efforts are noted, you actions appriciated and your service, absolutely valued.

That is very kind of you to say, Abåddon, and very much appreciated.

Though our response times lately have left something to be desired we are working to help as many people as we are able to as quickly as possible. Though we may not be able to help with everything we certainly do what we can.
