Like the title says, much love and cookies to GM Shyzosiane, I really appreciate his/her response to my ticket last night. I've already sent an email to the feedback, but felt that they deserved a bump on the forums as well. :) Even though I was offline when I received the reply, reading the response felt as if I were actually having a conversation with them. It was very well-worded, and I truly appreciate the thought and time that was put into my issue. ^_^
