New battle.net layout CANT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIO

I'm REALLY frustrated I have been TRYING to cancel my world of warcraft accounts - I haven't been able to find out how to do it because of the new battle.net layout - there is no option for me to click that I can find to cancel both of my accounts on my battle.net account and now it's pending to auto reactivate BOTH my accounts this month and I do NOT want to play anymore? How can this be fixed I am very frustrated.

I'd recommend continuing to try to contact Billing. If the queue is full, you'll get the recording. Try back immediately. It usually doesn't take terribly long to get a spot in the queue.

If you contact them soon, most likely, yes.

They are open 7 days a week. Calling repeatedly is often reported to have better results getting into the queue than periodically.
