Need clarification if something is griefing

Just got out of an EoTs BG where a warlock kept jumping to his death purposely. He was not engaging in combat, just rezzing and going on a suicide mission. He even admitted so in BG chat as he thought it was funny. Between that and him spitting on everyone on our team that ran past him, he made my ignore list.

Does this constitute griefing to his teammates in the BG? I had a ticket open for another reason so i just added part of this too it but ran out of room for all of it. I'm not sure if this behavior is more or less annoying than the AFKers and Botters in the BGs honestly. At least you can get rid of afkers and botters serve as cannon fodder so to speak.
