So the issue, I go to change a character's name, name is accepted go onto credit info, then press finalize.
Then I will get prompted to a page telling me I've encountered an error (with an orc peon scratching his head).
And if I re try this name It will say the name is unavailable. This isn't an obvious issue, the name isn't taken.
My information is correct, my credit cards are not frozen.
I called billing support and was on a nice 1 hour wait time (approx time was 30 mins -_-). And the lady, nice as she was, could not help me. She suggested me trying a different card, in which I did, and the same thing happens.
So it would be great if I could get some feed back from a blue, I've been playing just a month or 2 after launch and been relatively happy with the service....but sad to say as of lately I've been a bit disappointed.
Please restore my faith! :)
