Can i download a digital version of starcraft 2 collectors edition if i want to pre-order it from the blizzard site?. f i pre-order, download & buy starcraft 2, can i still get the in game pet or is it just with the collector's edition?. Im just curious, b/c im thinking about trying out sc2 & im also a pet collector in wow.

The differences in the Collector’s Edition should not be in the game file itself, Kissmycrit, but rather in the contents of the “bonus” features. This would include the in-game pet mini Thor for World of Warcraft, an art book, a copy of the original StarCraft, a behind-the-scenes DVD, a comic book, and other assorted items. Meaning that you should be able to download StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty here: (http://us.battle.net/en/info/digital-purchase) and still activate the CE game key when you log into your Battle.net account. :0)
