Wow wont let me enter azeroth on my druid

basic run down i faction switched my druid named câppy shortly after my account got suspended and was under investigation now that i have my account back it is still showing with the same message saying "you cannot log in untill character update you requested is complete" i tried to open a ingame ticket it ran out and i never heard anything back via email or whatever... whats the general go here?
