Unauthorized Authenticator

I had an account on what I thought was hiatus for some time. Turns out my friend had used my password he found in my house and put his own authenticator on my account. I'm requesting the authenticator be removed from the account that belongs to the character Tykku@The Scryers. Please contact me ingame on this account or post here for the information needed to get this resolved. Thanks for your time.

P.S. I now have an authenticator to place on this account once you take this one off. I know account security is mine to be had and I take my personal information very seriously. I'm sorry that it came to this.

This is something you are going to need to take up with Billing to get back into control of this account, Tykku.

In a case like this, documentation will very likely be required. They can tell you what, if any, is needed to confirm you are the account holder.

Photo ID is good. The serial number on an authenticator is good as well as original CD keys.

They can work with you on this - and they'll tell you what documentation will be needed.

Q u o t e:
Okay, one last question if you don't mind. My friend has been paying for this account with her own credit card. Is there any chance of my account getting banned due to that? Or is it excusable due to me not authorizing it.

Thanks again for the quick response.

Anyone can pay for an account, however, if she decides to contract her credit card company and do a charge-back....well, that could get complicated.
