Q u o t e:
hire more people imo
Amazingly enough, Slurpee, that brilliant idea has been considered. In fact, we are hiring right now, and have been on a near continual basis.
Over the last few years we have increased the amount of assistance we have been able to provide, most notably in the area of account compromise restoration. I can guarantee that response times will drop dramatically if such restorations were not provided, as it is with the majority of the industry.
We understand though that even though account security is the responsibility of the registered user of the account people put a lot of time and effort into their characters and we want to help whenever possible. Unfortunately though, this means that it takes time to address these issues as such investigations and restorations are not quickly. They take time. I hope you can understand and appreciate the efforts that we go to, Slurpee, and I hope you also understand that your compromise investigation will be completed as soon as we are able to.
Queue times for compromise investigations are around 4-5 days at the moment, you will be contacted with the results of that investigation as soon as they are done.
Hang in there. Hopefully you have checked your system and figured out the source of the compromise. I highly recommend reviewing the following links if you haven't already.
