Error with my server transfer+factionc hange.

I recently server transferred and faction changed my warrior (which i am posting on). Blizzard then reversed it two days later for absolutely no reason (they said it was either they think my account may have been compromised or my payment method was invalid). Theres no reason for blizzard to think my accounts been stolen (only 1 IP ever logged onto it, besides a keylogger like a month ago which was already taken care of, plus i have an authenticator now), and i know my debit card which i used worked.

Now my troll is locked and whenever i click it it says i need to wait for the char change process to be completed. I got the email saying my transfer was reversed like 2 days ago. Why is it taking so long to simply reverse a process which took me an hour? It should take even less time for bliz since they dont need to "approve" of the transfer, they just need to do it.
