Anyway if someone from Bliz could please contact me about some help moveing this toon to another account that would be great. I would post the account info but that would probably not be the smartest thing to do.......

Well without knowing what the issue is, Brietta, I can not really advise you.

I'm going to cover a few bases though and we'll go from there.

Transfers between accounts can only take place between accounts that are both registered to the same user. We do not permit the sale, gift or trading of characters or accounts.

With that in mind, if you are attempting to transfer between accounts and the name that was originally entered for one of them has a typo, our Billing and Account Services department may be able to help.

If one of the accounts is currently inactive and you are unable to transfer the character because it has mail or is a Guild Leader or Arena Team Leader, I may be able to help.

Please let me know what the issue is and I'll do my best to advise you. You do not need to list an account name, simply list a character and realm, I'll be able to look up the information based on that.

Well the only thing is if i could reach someone at blizz i could explain the situiation it is kinda hard via forum and such not too good with words but if one was to look at the account billing info it is pretty clear

If you mean both accounts that were posted on? I'm not sure if it is entirely clear, Deathtyler.

Given that the name on each account is completely different, my best guess is that you received one or both of those accounts in direct violation of our Terms of Use. I could guess that you are attempting to change the name of one of those accounts in order to circumvent the restrictions in place to prevent the transfer of characters between accounts that are not registered to the same user.

Now, I am here to offer advice. My advice would be that if any of those assumptions are correct that you rethink attempting such a thing as it will likely result in one or both accounts being locked or closed.

If there is a further aspect of the story that I simply do not know then the only advice I can give you is to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They are the only ones that may be in a position to assist you. Those of us who moderate this forum are not Billing Reps nor would be able to help with such sensitive issues.

when i first set the accounts up i thought that you had to have diferent names at least that is the way i read it.

That is a much better explanation, and not an entirely rare initial assumption when creating multiple accounts. Unfortunately I am not part of the Billing department, I can not accept what documents may be needed nor can I authorize something like this. I understand that call volumes are high at the moment, our staff is working to reduce response times as quickly as possible.

Please keep trying to get through during business hours, they will see what can be done for you.

But dont just look at the Names look at the billing info if that is possible. But honestly nothing going on here in a bad way we have both been playing for years. And i believe that i have had the same credit card number for both accounts since they were created.

That is a bit different from what you originally said.

Anyone is welcome to pay for another account, what credit card information is on it does not matter. Only two people may ever access an account. That is one adult (who is registered to the account) and one minor child (that the registered adult is the parent or legal guardian of).

If your fiance has an account and you have an account that is fantastic, it is also allowed by our Terms of Use. Transferring a character from your account to theirs or vice versa is not permitted.

Again thanks for replying anyway .... Even if you could not help just seeing any response after a week of trying to get intouch with anyone at blizz is nice. I will keep trying to reach them.....

I think we're getting a bit confused with the timing of these posts so I will just say good luck. :)

I know that our Billing department has been a bit difficult to reach, they are working to reducing the response time so they can get to more people faster. Hopefully you'll see a noticeable improvement very soon.

. Is there any advice you can give to getting through?

From my experience it all seems to be a matter of luck. There are X amount of calls being answered at a time and Y amount of positions in the hold queue. As a call is answered room in Y becomes available. If you call when Y moves to X you should be placed into Y yourself.

I believe mornings are a little less busy as well, so you may want to give that a shot. They open at 7AM PDT.

Good luck again, Deathtyler.

But seriously any tricks to reaching them????

Persistence and patience and a fast redial once the busy message is received, that seems to be the trick.
