Unable to make digital purchases STILL

I am beyond irritated on several levels at this point.

I have been trying to make a digital purchase on your battle.net system. After entering my CVV code and agreeing to the terms of service I am constantly told:

The following problems have occurred:
There has been an error processing your request.
For assistance, contact Blizzard Customer Support.

I had this EXACT same issue when trying to purchase the Celestrial Steed a while ago. I was only able to make my purchase by calling into your service dept. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO CALL EVERY TIME I WANT TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE.

As was with the situation last time:

There is NOT an issue with my account or card or account balance.
There is NOT an issue with my browser or system. I have tried on Mac OS using Safari accepting cookies. I have tried using Windows 7 and IE 8. I have had a family member try logging into my account on their system. The results are the consistantly the same.
There is NOT an issue with my information entered nor my CVV code. I use this card to make purchases else where and I DO NOT encounter this situation.
As was the situation last time once again, my bank does NOT EVEN SEE that I am attempting to make a transaction from your site. This issue is completely 100% something on YOUR END.

I want this issue RESOLVED. It is ABSOLUTELY beyond the pale at this point that I have to jump through so many hoops, annoyances, and irritation trying to accomplish what amounts in the end to GIVING YOU MY MONEY.

I am especially concerned over this situation wondering what will occur once my 6 month renewal is to be processed or should I want to digitally download the next expansion should it be offered in that manner.

I want this situation with whatever it may be with your processing system corrected on my account please.

I'm afraid we'd have no information here on what may be causing this, Billing will be the folks you need to consult.

We in the Game Master department simply have no access to that sort of information.

I suspect you already have the numbers, but I'll post them again just in case.
