Account Hacked

So I was raiding 10man ICC last night on the 22nd, and at 8:30pm during H Saurfang, i was disconnected and had my password changed and was unable to re-log into my own account.
I quickly jumped onto World of Warcraft, tried to recover my account password, but to no prevail.
I then waited until 1am before I could call Blizzard Support, and eventually got put on hold at 6:20am. Being told the wait time was around 30mins, I continued to wait on hold for 2 hours.

During my waiting time on hold, I emailed [email protected] to inform them of my problem, and now I'm posting up here to see if anything can be done about this. This is the second time within a month I've been hacked, and not only was I hacked, an hour later after my account being hacked, another member in my guild was hacked too.

The Characters names in question are Claggy and Katatoniq. If you wow-armory them, you will notice that the only gear on them, is tier/badge gear.

Please may a representative of Blizzard post below, to help assist me in this problem.
Please also ask if there is any other information you will need to help this process quicken.
And, in the chance I can get my account back, preferably within the next few days would be great as my guild are nearing on a 10man H LK kill.

Finding the source of this is imperative to preventing recurrence, Nerevär.

If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

The last password reset was done on this automatically when our systems detected this account was being used for nefarious purposes.

You should have access with that password.

Check here in just a few minutes for a new password.

That last may have expired.

One character is fine as long as they are on the same account.
