Most of our staff is here around the clock. Billing and Tech have slightly lesser hours on phones.
I do see you have an investigation in queue. At the moment, it's 3 days, 9 hours old. At the moment, those are running 4 - 5 days on average. Hopefully you will hear back from your Specialist relatively soon.
They will email you directly with the results of the investigation.

Queues are very volatile things, especially when it comes to restorations.
Just depends on volume of requests and the nature of those requests at any given time.
