Didn't get loot on a roll.

On my rogue I was running a random dungeon in Halls of Reflection. Every thing was going fine until a battered hilt dropped. I won the roll with a 76 and for some reason I couldn't loot it. It didn't show up in my bags and I could loot the mob but it said I'm not allowed to take that, and my character would say That would be stealing, or I can't loot that etc. etc.

I opened a ticket to see if I could get it but no response, its been about 5 hours now.

If you won the roll, Nobank, but were unable to claim it we very well may be able to verify that and give you the item.

Queue times are a bit lengthy at the moment though so it will likely be several days before someone can get to you, just make sure you leave your petition open and you will be contacted with the results as soon as possible.

Just an update, you'll likely receive the news through an in-game mail but from what I see of the encounter, Nobank, the other person won the item fair and square. They rolled a 86, which would beat your 76.

If I had fully understood the issue at hand. It seems your issue is that someone was able to receive the Battered Hilt even though you believed you won.

I am sorry that you were unable to receive the item this time around but I wish you well in getting it next time.
