Cant server transfer.

I have been trying to transfer one of my characters from Mal-ganis to Arthas over and i keep getting the same error stating i have mail in my mail-box. However, when i go to check it there is none. I cant help but feel this is an error due to the fact i keep reporting phishing mail as spam which makes said mail disappear but may not be deleting it. How can i fix this?
