is it common practice to escalate tickets to specialists who cant do anything about the situation? Especially when the ticket can be handled by the Gm who escalated it, as it has been handled by three different Gms previously.
it's really bad and makes me seriously doubt the security of my personal information when people can so easily hack your game, and when their are members of your staff seriously lacking in competence.
now can a blue tell me, is the GM who handled my ticket stupid or what? Or did he have a valid reason for escalating a request to remove body spam to other GMs who have more important things to do and dont even handle body spam cases?
