I've reported dead bodies 3 or 4 times today. The bodies were rmeoved after about 20 minutes for each ticket, until my last. The GM who handled my ticket is either stupid, or illiterate, or both. Those are the only two things that could explain why he ESCALATED my ticket into a (from last i heard) 5 day queue. of course, I asked my brother to open a ticket as well and sure enough 15 minutes later a GM removed the bodies from org.

is it common practice to escalate tickets to specialists who cant do anything about the situation? Especially when the ticket can be handled by the Gm who escalated it, as it has been handled by three different Gms previously.

it's really bad and makes me seriously doubt the security of my personal information when people can so easily hack your game, and when their are members of your staff seriously lacking in competence.

now can a blue tell me, is the GM who handled my ticket stupid or what? Or did he have a valid reason for escalating a request to remove body spam to other GMs who have more important things to do and dont even handle body spam cases?

First of all, I do see your petitions, and thank you for those.

These will usually resolve themselves within just a few minutes, but reporting doesn't hurt.

I see one open petition, it was simply put to another queue. If the issue no longer exists, feel free to close that petition.

Also, you may want to open a petition on the name of this character yourself, it's highly inappropriate. Far better for you to report it yourself for a change than someone else. It would be a pity to lose your account access over such a thing.
