To answer your first question, no, Game Masters are not realm specific. So creating petitions on low population realms will not result in a faster response.

Now I can see the petitions you submitted from two different characters, both were submitted around 2 hours ago. The character you are asking to be restored was deleted about 2-3 days ago.

I'm not certain why you are claiming that you have been waiting for 2 weeks for an issue that hadn't happened yet or why you would be the one that this issue is "angering".

We very much want to help whenever possible and will address what restoration requests that we can as quickly as we are able to but it is unnecessary to make up stories in order to receive assistance and completely inappropriate so greatly exaggerate how long you have been waiting in order to receive assistance.
