GMs dont help item restoration. Blue help me!

I got hacked on July21st.
My account has been recovered, I lost vast ammount of items gears, gold and badges.
I cannot remember what items lost. I am tired of sending mail to GMs.
They just sent me feedback quickly instead of helping me.
How long should I wait for the restoration? I have been waiting for 10 days.

That is actually a common misconception. Though most of us started on the GM floor our jobs are fairly different. We work with In-Game Support, providing advice and information in the CS forum regarding in-game issues, policies and in some cases clarification on a response that may have been received.

Aclypso, I'll see what I can find out. Please understand though that no restoration is ever guaranteed, even in the case of a compromise. We must be able to verify the loss that occurred. If we are unable to do, which is usually caused by a loss of data then we may simply be unable to provide the desired restoration.

This may take a while but I will update this thread as soon as I have anything for you.

I believe you should be set, Aclypso, they were able to take another look at your compromise and were able to do a bit more.
