Q u o t e:
Dear BLUE! can you reset the password for my other account ?? and send it to my email address everytime i try to do it I enter my username *battle.net email address* and my first and last name then it tells me "that combination doesnt work" ...

I could have the password reset, Tasersayszap, but I could not direct it to another e-mail address. From what I can see the name on this account and the one that you listed is the same though the other account has the first letter of each name uncapped, not that it would make a difference.

Since that account is on a different Battle.net account, Tasersayszap, are you certain you are listing the correct one? They share the same basic theme but are numbered differently.

If you wish I can force a password reset, though if you experience an issue beyond that you'll need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. Please let me know.

Also, if you want to retain your posting privileges, Tasersayszap, and possibly receive what assistance we can provide you will want to avoid using insulting language like that in the future, especially directed towards someone who is trying to help.
