Assistance with Battle.net account name

Hello -

I've been doing some searching and I believe this is the right place to make this post. If not, I apologize.

When I made my Battle.net upgrade, somehow my first and last name ended up in all caps (ex: FIRST LAST). I've noticed that all the real ID contacts I've added all have they names the way it should be (First Last).

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me modify my name from all caps to just the initial letters of my first and last name to be capitalized? I know it sounds a little trivial, but it's been driving me nuts looking at my name in ALL CAPS. (I've heard caps is cruise-control for "cool" - but I'm not cool :P)

I've attempted to contact Blizzard through their customer support phone number, but apparently they were unable to take in new help requests.

Would this be something that can be taken care of in this forum?
